Is flying safe for my pet?
Yes, absolutely. When handled by professionals who follow IATA regulations, air travel is a safe and efficient method for pet relocation. We only work with pet-friendly airlines and ensure every safety protocol is met for your peace of mind.
How do you handle food and water during the journey?
Travel crates are equipped with water bowls that are filled before departure and can be refilled during layovers by airline staff without opening the crate. For long journeys, we can also attach dry food to the crate, which can be provided following airline regulations.
What happens if there is a flight delay or cancellation?
This is a core part of our service. We constantly monitor the entire journey and have contingency plans in place. If a delay occurs, we coordinate with the airline to ensure your pet is kept in a safe, temperature-controlled environment and is cared for until the journey can resume.
Can I put toys or bedding in my pet's travel crate?
You can include a soft blanket or an item of your clothing with a familiar scent to help comfort your pet. However, for safety reasons, hard toys or items that could be a choking hazard are generally not permitted inside the crate during flight.
